The liquid plant has 6 tanks with over 65K gallons of storage. There is one 6k gallon black plastic tank with 3 fiberglass tanks and 2 white plastic tanks. The weigh tank has a Fairbanks scale. All tanks are individually plumped to an electic driven pumping station. The truck loading area does have a cement containment pit.
The shop is 30' X 56'. There is 1170 sq ft of heated/inslulated shop space with water and floor pit. The office portion is 510 sq ft with reception area with weigh station, office, and bathroom. The office portion has loft storage area accessible from the shop area. The shop and office have indepedent access.
The anhydrous plant has two 18K gallon tanks that have been certified until the end of 2022. Each tank has it's own pumping unit that has electic pump. There are a total of 3 tank fill stations. Two offer double tank fills, with one only having one fill. Most hoses are with years left until replacement.
