New Agent Closes Deal on One of Largest Medical Marijuana Farms of the Year

One of the biggest medical marijuana farms in the country recently sold for $12 million in Oklahoma. The private, 40 acre farm used to be an old chicken farm that was converted to a commercial property. Daniel Perry of United Country | Southern Oklahoma Realty in Ardmore, Okla., was the listing agent for the property.

Perry is a medical marijuana consultant and worked diligently with the sellers of the property to get a high quality buyer for the farm.

“The sellers were about the sign a letter of intent with the reserve buyer, but I didn’t give up and asked them to give me 24 hours before they signed,” said Perry. “I went through my network of medical marijuana companies across the state and, ultimately, I was able to find a quality buyer to make an offer.”

The end result was an offer for twice the amount the sellers were originally asking and it turned out to be the largest deal in the state of Oklahoma and one of the largest medical marijuana businesses to be sold this year.

“I was very fortunate. God is good,” said Perry. “I had only had my real estate license for five months. I am excited to help many more clients and close more deals.”
