For the first time, United Country Auction Services is offering an optional, half-day Auction Power Workshop the day before the upcoming UnitedPower!. During this new course, titled “Mastering the Art of Listing Auctions: Using United Country to Land Large Auction Projects,” senior auction executives will teach you how to leverage your United Country relationship and secure any size or type of auction project you pursue. You can take a deep dive into the key selling points of UCRE that attract auction sellers, inviting them to commit to working with UC Auction Services. 

Additionally, we will cover how to prepare for a listing presentation and deliver a powerful auction proposal to a client. These are crucial skills for a successful auction house. But the benefits don’t end there. In the second half of the course, you will give a live auction presentation in front of the class, gaining valuable insight that is guaranteed to send you home as an auction listings machine! The Auction Power Workshop takes place Monday, December 4, from 1-5 p.m. before the Home Office Reception.
