Online and Live Court Ordered Auction to be held on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 10 am at the Plains Community Building, 812 Grand Ave, Plains, Kansas. 

Tract 5 (Farm 10) is 15.10 acres m/l located on the south side of AA Road between Ontario St and 5 Rd. 

Farm #10 consists of 8 swine buildings, office/shop building, generator shed with backup generator, concrete walled, outdoor alleys connecting the individual barns to each other as well as the load out chutes. There are 8 swine finishing buildings. The floors are full concrete slats over dump bucket flush pits. The buildings are naturally ventilated with drop curtain side walls. Painted metal ceiling. Flex auger feed line delivers feed to dry tube feeders, and feed is supplied by a bulk bin at each barn. They have bowl waters in each pen. Penning and gating are all steel. They have painted metal sides and roof. Farm #10 has a capacity of 3,600 finish pigs. 

The office/shop is approx. 864 sf consisting of a 216 sqf small shop, and 648 sf of office/break room, restroom, and men's & women's shower both with dirty and clean changing areas. Farm #10 also has a  backup generator.
