Online and Live Court Ordered Auction to be held on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 10 am at the Plains Community Building, 812 Grand Ave, Plains, Kansas. 

Tract 4 (Farm 9 and Genetic Complex) consists of 28.75 acres m/l with a swine genetics facility and pig finishing space.

Genetic Complex: The genetic complex consists of three buildings made up of boar housing units, collections, lab, office, and storage. There are two boar barns capable of housing approx. 160 boars. The lab consists of offices, lab areas, and storage areas. The stud farm also has two buildings utilized as isolation units at the south end of the property. 

Farm #9 consists of 8 buildings of pig finishing space. Each corner had four finish buildings with small shops. There are 7 acres of grass. The building floors are full concrete slats over dump bucket flush pits. Naturally ventilated with drop curtain side walls. Painted metal ceiling. Flex auger feed line delivers feed to dry tube feeders. The buildings have bulk bins supplying feed to the buildings. Bowl waters are available in each pen. Pen arrangements vary. Penning and gating are all steel. Painted metal sides and roof. Farm #9 has a capacity of 3,600 finish hogs.
