The apartment-style living quarters consist of a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and bath. With a small amount of effort and expense this space could be converted into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with all of the above plus a family room and sliding glass door to a private small yard.

Some rustic cedar wood trim, available from the present owner, would add even more charm to this very attractive establishment.  What a great opportunity for a young family or retired couple to enjoy an affordable home and the bonus of extra income.
