TRACT 1 Grain Storage facility located in Bonaparte IA. This facility sets on aprox 1 acre. There are 2 bins each 36’ in diameter with 7 rungs. There are power sweeps in each bin. This section sits on the East part of the property. Please do your own inspections. We are selling as is and in current condition.

TRACT 2 Storage facility with Scales This facility was a grain elevator. It has sat empty for several years and will need some repairs or can be used for just storage. There is a pole shed on the South side of the property and sitting on the North side is the elevator building and grain storage along with the commodity storage. Again this facility is older, and will require repairs.
