In 2016 the owner replaced the hot water heater.  The alley behind this quaint building is access to the back side of the business.  This is also where 2 A/C units are located along with an outdoor walk-in freezer that is approximately 6x12 along with a storage shed for many paper products.   

There is also a computer system the owner rented monthly from a company that handles payroll and all accounting along with sending orders to each kitchen independently which the owner stated is assumable and would highly recommend if a buyer is interested.
